Do you provide the mounting hardware?
Yes. We carry a full range of professional-grade mounting hardware. If your item didn’t come with the proper hardware, we’ll supply what’s needed for a safe, secure install.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day and emergency service is often available across Chicago and nearby suburbs. Contact us early for best availability.
Are you insured?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a lifetime warranty on all mounting installations completed by us, as long as they are used under normal conditions and not subjected to misuse or excessive force.
Can you mount into brick, concrete, or plaster walls/ceilings?
Yes. We have the right tools and anchors to mount securely into a variety of surfaces including drywall, brick, wood, concrete, and plaster.
Do I need to be home during the install?
In most cases, yes. We need access to the space and to confirm final placement before securing items.
What if I rent? Can you still install?
Yes, we work in rental properties all the time. We use minimally invasive methods and can recommend solutions that are safe and removable when needed.
How long does a typical install take?
Most installs take 30–90 minutes depending on the complexity and wall or ceiling type. Multi-item or custom jobs may take longer.
Do you remove old mounts or patch holes?
Yes, we can remove old hardware, and hole patching is available upon request.
