Website booking submissions and their uploaded project photos are scheduled for deletion from Netlify after 30 days. Information transferred into appointment, invoice, insurance, tax, dispute, or other business records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Uploaded images are resized and re-encoded before submission to reduce file size and remove embedded image metadata where supported. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
